UI: update `DegreePlannerCard` to display module codes in sorted order (#118)

`DegreePlannerCard` does not sort the module codes before displaying 
them.

Whenever a module code within `DegreePlannerCard` is updated, the module
code may 'jump' around randomly, which makes the UI feel unintuitive.

Let's update `DegreePlannerCard` so that it will sort the modules codes 
before displaying them.
