Commit Message

Do major cleanup and refactoring

* Auth is now role-based with preshared admin password.
* Replace boltdb with sqlite: the bot needs user properties and avoid
data duplication with buckets.
* Remove all log.Fatalf and usage function from library init level. The
library is much cleaner now.
* Deprecate cortexbot.Client and cortexbot.NewClient and replace it with
cortexbot.Cortexbot and cortexbot.New / cortexbot.NewFromEnv.
