armintxe landscape: add nightly illumination plus basic description.

This image and landscape only makes sense when blink-compared to the
artwork of the Armintxe sky culture around 23h Sidereal time,
or 11h Sid. Time around year -12000.

Setting the light image makes the cave art visible almost all day long.

Added a description that explains what to do with this strange landscape.
