Add foyer kwargs to compound.save() (#513)

* Reverse mapping using mbuild compounds

* Specific kwargs for save calls and ff apply calls

* Docstring for args

* Undo some unnecessary files

* Undo an init import

* Keep **kwargs to avoid breaking previous functionality

* Some formatting for long lines

* Test save with forcefield and passing foyerkwargs

* Intentionally raise an exception when testing foyer kwargs

* Testing file

* Can use the correct xml, so don't need the bad xml

* Unnecessary xml

* Try saving methane without any foyer args, which should be a successful save

* Clean up test code
