Console: don't create new nodes for every coordinate update

Especially coordinate updates happen a lot (while tracing with every
mouse move). So far, for every update a new DOM element (text node) was
created. This is not necessary and creating many DOM elements so quickly
could also be related to acardona/CATMAID#967.

Just with moving the mouse around at a moderate speed, created about 100
elements per second. This doesn't happen anymore now.
