docs/UserGuide: update module-related command usages (#99)

Although we have added support for `Module` co-requisites, our User
Guide does not contain information about module co-requisites.

This may cause confusion among users who want to know how to add/edit
module co-requisites.

Additionally, deleting a module results in a cascading effect of
removing the deleted module code from other modules' co-requisites.

Let's update the User Guide to reflect the new changes to
modules-related commands pertaining to how to add/edit co-requisites, as
well as the cascading behaviour of the `delete` command.
