Major update. Everything works.

- add total ordering to sums
- re-implement core interpreter
- move non-base modules to main collection
- rename null to unit
- update README
- add function pattern aliases and better error reporting
- re-implement tutorial interpreters in #lang algebraic/racket/base
- add lang/reader modules for all interpreters
- refactor into sum-pred and product-pred
- clean up function and macro code
- clean up all unit tests

Still need to:
- finish interpreter tutorial in the docs
- make sure pattern docs are up-to-date
- document "experimental" features: let-data and with-data

closes #35. closes #33. closes #26. closes #20.
