[IMP] base_ux: Multiple changes in merge.recods (#37)

* [IMP] base_ux: simplify server action to merge records

* [ADD] base_ux: Field Spect new field in merge record wizard

This is to add functionality to the merge wizard, in order to tell what to do
for certain fields (merge, other, etc). This is a functionality related to
openupgradelib.merge_records() method.

* [IMP] base_ux: Set both model and line_id fields required in order to complete
the merge
