Chore refactor to async/await (#529)

* Added babel-runtime to project dependencies

* Move fileUpload logic to attachment model

* Change .then to async/await on V2

* Create tests to ensure that attachment calls updateStorySuccess

* Remove @babel/plugin-syntax-dynamic-import from project dependencies
