feat: Remove the PartialEq bound from Item and Range

These bounds were only necessary for what is now `easy::Error` so since
that is now its own component we can relax these bounds to let custom
tokens work without needing `PartialEq`.

BREAKING CHANGE

If you relied on these implied bounds, add them in all callsites to get
things compiling.
