<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/dcc6e222c">Updates to hybrid token transform infrastructure

* Pass tokens in a file instead of stdin. The runTransform.php
  script deletes the file on successful execution.
* Use stdin to pass pipeline opts and page source since some
  token transforms (ex: *include* handlers) need access to
  page source to run and pass tests.
