feat: Add take_fn and take_until_bytes

* `take_fn` simplifies the use of searchers/parsers outside of combine
  (for example `memchr` or `jetscii`)

* `take_until_bytes` builds on `take_fn` and uses `memchr` to quickly
   find the next instance of a byte string.
