PropProvider: Fix rendering for empty array

This update improves the rendering stability for PropProvider, allowing it
to handle `props.children` of varying types, including booleans,
empty objects, and empty arrays.

The solution involved creating a new `renderAsSingleChild` utility which
encapsulates all that logic.
