Make the ServiceRuntime load artifacts using ServiceLoader [ECR-3005] (#773)

* Create the ServiceRuntime with Guice
* Make the ServiceRuntime load artifacts using ServiceLoader
* Configure projects-services to package the classes in a fat JAR with
  meta data describing them. The dependencies of our services that are
  also the framework dependencies are currently marked as 'provided'. 
  Whether we will recommend doing so for user services is to be 
  discussed (Are we certain we want to guarantee the availability of
  some of the present framework dependencies in any compatible version?
  see [ECR-3012]).
* ServiceModules are also renamed for clarity.
