Print coloured diff on testsuite failures (#479)

* Add -print-diff cli option for testsuite

Make colored diff output the default for `make test`

* Refactoring tests

- code deduplication (test1, test2, test3 -> test i)
- load_file -> In_channel.read_all; save_file -> Out_channel.write_all
- use BatStream.to_string instead of string_of_chars and stream_to_string
- use List.map for build_exp_tests instead of explicit recursion
- introduce scilla-util package with intention to move all the additions
  to OCaml's stdlib, Core, Batteries, etc. that we need
- use infix operators for file paths
- tests always pass explicit stdlib paths to runners
- `Testcontracts` now reuse code from `TestUtil`
- factor out `print_cli_usage`
