Pixi: fix memory leak in ImageLoader

Because BaseTextures are retained in the cache, the loaded event
listener from ImageLoader was retained, in turn retaining the
AssetLoaders from PixiTileLayer. Fix this by making ImageLoader a once
listener to BaseTexture. Also make PixiTileLayer a once listener to
AssetLoader to prevent other leaks from cascading.

This change has not yet been submitted to Pixi.

Note that this does not fix another leak from BaseTexture from
source.onload.
