Marble testing doc additions (#4522)

* docs(marbles): add subscriptionMarbles param to function signature

* docs(marbles): add warning about sync functions inside run cb

* docs(marbles): mention the subscriptionMarbles param too

* docs(marbles): add example using the subscriptionMarbles param

* Fix optional syntax

* Simplify subscriptionMarbles param example

Why: This is a complete example, as requested, and also more plain to
demonstrate just the one param.
