docs: update to elastic search section of INSTALLATION_TROUBLESHOOTING.md (#259)

* docs: update INSTALLATION_TROUBLESHOOTING.md to notify users of memory issue when using docker-toolbox with elastic-search

Squashing some history after a merge

* feat(workTable): Add work table on the edition page and edition table on the work page.
1. Work table contains all the work contained by the edition.
2. Add edition table in the work page, the table contains all the editions who containnig that work.
3. Remove some unused lines of code of import section.

* refactor(code-quality): pass relationshipTypeId as function parameter.

* fix(defensive approach): check the type of `entity.relationships` is Array or not.

* feat(edition-table): add bigger button `Add Edition`, if edition table is empty.

* feat(work-table): Add bigger button `Add Work`, if work table is empty.

* refactor(code-quality): Create all changes mentioned in the comments on PR.

* refactor(utils): return an empty array.

* docs: add test subdomain section to README

* docs: update the "test" subdomain in README
