Mailsender interface (#204)

* Use a builder for configuring mails to send

* Add tests for the new MailSender interface

* Fix MailSender for mails with both text and HTML body

* Add asyncSend test

* Add succinct javadoc

* Update MailSender test to make sure mail subject is translated

* Update emails sent from Blossom to use the new MailSender interface

* Fix @Async on DeprecatedMailSenderImpl to not apply to child class methods

* Add explicit error if no mail body is defined

* Add default filters to BlossomMailBuilder

* Update tests after explicit error when no mail body is defined
