improve WebMvcTagsProvider compatibility #477

new version only adjusts the URI while relying on the remaining tags from the default implementation.

Otherwise this can lead to issues because different Spring Boot versions have different tags and crnk and non-crnk tags must be equal. e.g. Spring Boot 2.1 introduced the "outcome" tag.
