3D viewer: cancel animation creation if no effective motion happens

In some cases the current implementation of animation support does not
lead to camera motion at all. This happens for instance when one rotates
around the Z axis while in XY view, etc. The 3D viewer will now display
a growl error notification instead of starting the animation.

Closes acardona/CATMAID#981
