* Updated Triplex to use Ecto 3.0.1

* Removed option flag from MariaEx

* Updated references from Ecto.MIgrator to EctoSQL.MIgrator

* Rolled back changes from  Ecto.MIgrator to EctoSQL.MIgrator

* Updated migrations_path to reflect changes in ecto_sql

* Fix migration after ecto 3 migration

* Fixing some code climate issues

* Some refactors on migrator functions

* Using the less we can from private API's

* Running MySQL tests everytime (with no code change needed)

* Running formatter

* Dropping tenant when it fails on the func execution

* Fixing code climate issues

* Documenting the transactions problem

* Not using private APIs anymore

Also, changing most imports to aliases

* Contribution guide, changelog, some refactors and improve coverage
