Typescript migration - Server version v2(#77)

- All code was changed to typescript
- See README for more implementation details
- Implements Dependency Injection pattern
# Breaking Changes
- All responses are now send in the following format:
```
{ response: string, status: number, body: { data: any, response: string }
```
- Individual routes may also have changed in functionality and route structure. Refer to the generated api documentation for specific details.
