🐛 Fix a bug while parsing some emojis (like ⚡️)

Since `emoji-regex` seems to have some issues parsing not-fully terminated/fully-terminated (or maybe it's not configured correctly, who knows), we fallback to use its regex, while using simple list (based on configured emoji groups) by default.
