S3; setContent uses AmazonS3.putObject to set content-type object metadata

- whilst this sets the content-type it removes the ability to do large
uploads (present when using the S3StoreResource which uses
MultipartUploadRequests if necessary).  Would need to replace this
capability otherwise clients may encounter OOMs when uploading large
content.
