Improvement/Secure Access (#37)

* Adding support for access tokens (read: usernames) and secret keys (read: passwords) to be used in conjunction with operator-app improvement/secure-access
* Updating travis go version to hopefully fix CI build?
* Travis parses 1.10 as 1.1 if its not passed as a string :(
* Updating deprecated/moved uuid library to drop in replacement
* Updating references to from googollee/go-socket.io to our frozen fork minimalchat/go-socket.io
