Make java client more extensible

A lot of the details of the Java client configuration were buried in a shared constructor. The primary focus of this change is to expose new constructors that allow passing in a shared Retrofit instance that can be configured outside the Genie controlled code. This will allow users to modify the behavior of the Http client easier.
