rule: no-long-code (#37)

* modify: allow write config of rules

use eslint config style,
first element is rule level,
second element is rule config (optional)

* add: no-long-code rule

throws error when code block contains line exceed max length.
max length is configurable;
certain code type can be excluded as well.

* modify: add auto-fix availability in doc

* modify: simplifies code by not checking config types

* fix: fail on every long code

* fix: typo of config attribute
