Refactor to use composable command line interface (#34)

* fix travis; remove backup code

* refactor the file structure

* add allow failure for python 3.7

* switch travis test using 3.7-dev since travis did not support official 3.7 yet

* fix docker files; add base docker file for building sinple docker image

* rename convnet_inference to inference for simplicity

* initial version, missing the inference command now.

* flow based command line interface is working

* fix unittest

* chain commands, not working yet

* command line is showing the correct commands, not tested yet.

* clean up some old code

* add crop-margin command

* improve task producing

* make it working, no logging now though;

* it is working! add framework of identity for fast debuging

* composable command line interface is working!

* fix unittest; add pypi badge and coverall badge

* fix travis build
