Travis CI: Add Python 3.7 to testing in allow_failures mode (#72)

* Travis CI: Add Python 3.7 to testing in allow_failures mode

Helps us understand were we are on Python 3 compatibility.

* Update .travis.yml

* Add Python 3.6 to the testing in allow_failures mode

* requirements.txt: MySQL-python for Py2 and mysqlclient for Py3

* wsgiref is now in the Python Standard Library
