web-flowTestFX: Upgrade to TestFX 4.0.15-alpha. Currently, we use TestFX 4.0.12-alpha version of testfx to run unit tests for our UI features. TestFX 4.0.12-alpha only supports Java 8 and 9 [1]. TestFX 4.0.13 to 4.0.15 adds support [2] for Java 10 and 11 (where JavaFX is no longer bundled). Moving forward, we will be supporting JDK 11, so it is timely now to update TestFX to the latest version. Hence, let's upgrade the version of TestFX in build.gradle to use 4.0.15-alpha.
