Split into Maven modules

This will allow us to keep integration tests with different configuration in their own modules.
Also, as we are planning to add support for a Chronicle logging backend, we'll have to create a tool to read binary logs. Such a tool will end up as its own artifact (and module).
Relocate import script for cassandra.yaml in integraiton tests

As of this commit you will have to re-align your IDE setup as internal repo structure has changed significantly.
