Fix Javadoc generation on JDK 11 (#709)

As we generate Javadocs with JDK11, we expect to be able to perform search.
Unfortunately without this plugin configuration option search results redirect
to links like `/exonum-java-binding-core-0.4-javadoc/undefined/com/exonum/binding/blockchain/Blockchain.html` instead of `/exonum-java-binding-core-0.4-javadoc/com/exonum/binding/blockchain/Blockchain.html`. This PR fixes that.
