Ability to filter messages by time (#19)

* Add process-message-since-in-s config
* Refactor transformer and time to use its own namespace
* Refactor process-message-since-in-s config into oldest-processed-message-in-s
* Set default oldest-processed-message-in-s to one week
* Fix getting retry config enabled for the channel to return a correct value
* Adding spec for retry-enabled? and channel-retry-enabled? on dead_set
* Remove retry-config and use get-in-config instead
* Change map and time namespace and rename transformer into timestamp transformer
