Alternative MarshalTo implementation

Uses BigEndian instead of append to make things a little saner.

vs master:

vs previous commit:

Marshal-8    46.6ns ± 3%  49.5ns ± 4%   +6.31%
MarshalTo-8  15.4ns ± 9%  17.4ns ± 2%  +12.73%

It's 0.2ns faster if you replace `offset +=` with the hard-coded const
values, but the code is far less readable. I think the previous commit
that uses append is the best.
