Check for `Enumerable` rather than just `#map`

Formatador now deals with `Fog::Model`s (used to override `#inspect`) so
the implementation details of checking for `#map` breaks models that
implement this.

Real world example is Brightbox's CloudIP which "map" between servers.
This implementation broke inspection purely due to using the same name.

Now we test for `Enumerable` rather than hoping whatever we pass is
going to use `Enumerable#map`
