Multiple clients (#8)

* Add support for multiple client configuration and retrieving

When the user configure a beccaccino instance, can choose
to pass the clientName as parameter, so it's possible to have
multiple beccaccino client with different configurations.

The api changing is minimal and should not impact the already
existing beccaccino configurations

* Add more test to Beccaccino multiple client initialization #7

* Add integration test case for multiple clients #7

* Store the clientName of beccaccino instance in request details #7
