Refactor and Clean Up (#143)

* Convert TuyaCipher to ES6 class

* Add hooks for testing

* Convert MessageParser to ES6 class

* Only package necessary files

Will now *always* emit event on data, `get()` will
*always* return data. Nice and simple. :)
