Add option for ignoring auto DNS and routes

Added these options to ipv4 and ipv6 section:

 * auto-routes:  Apply all DHCP/autoconf routes(including gateway).
 * auto-gateway: Apply the DHCP/autoconf gateway.
 * auto-dns:     Apply the DNS provided by DHCP.

Integration test cases are also included.
Docker image file changed to include radvd package which is used by
above integration test cases.
