Added sequence to Venue and VenueRoom (#356)

* added sequence to venue and venue room

* using ordering_list, removed seq from forms

* Add support to drag and reorder rooms.

* fixed adding new venue and room

* Add drag and reoder support for venue and rooms.

* added scoped name to venue room current access

* Create JSON of venue seq, room seq, id, color to be sent to endpoint.

* fixed JSON payload

* fixed venue settings update view

* added uuid field to venue_room

* CSS fixes.

* Disable collapsible venue in touch screens.
