* feat(notification): add email notification on user signup

- install @sengrid/mail package
- create a mail controller
- add test for mail controller
- add mail notification after user signed up
- remove confirmationCode from signup response
- update package-lock.json
- correct hound-ci violations
-  add eslint version to .hound.yml
- remove useless space from app.js
- add npm start script for heroku
- add welcome route for heroku
- add babel-eslint parser
