Refactor transactions to support nesting with save-points (sqlite driver)

- remove save-points from EM transaction API, manage save-points only internally
- rename EM.begin() to EM.beginTransaction()
- remove silent parameter, add driver configs with info about transactions support
- do not run UoW.commit() in nested transaction if outer one is already started
