Update docs to use `from_zarr` (#4472)

* Update Zarr loading command in array creation     [ci skip]

Previously this said `read_zarr`. However the command to load data is
`from_zarr`. This updates the documentation about storing and loading
data with Zarr accordingly.

* Use `from_zarr` in changelog entry about adding it  [ci skip]
