N-dimensional interactive guess (#130)

* Small first example of N-dimensional interactive guessing

better minimal example with 90 percentile interval

Started to implement nD guessing

First working version.

Still needs to be split in 2D and nD

* Changed uses of np.stack to np.column_stack and np.dstack

* Fixed docstring. Hopefully.

* Flush docs/_build from git

* Finalized the nD interactive guesses. Deprecates InteractiveGuess2D

* Addressed comments

* Removed an erroneous plt.close(fig), which messed up ipython notebooks

* Fix merge error, update tests and examples for names vars/params

* Update symfit/contrib/interactive_guess/interactive_guess.py
