Replace termstyle with colorama (#199)

* Refactor: Replace termstyle ANSI codes with colorama

This is the first step in removing Termstyle completely.

* refactor: Emulate termstyle termcolor behaviour

Colorama and termstyle handle printing of the ANSI codes differently.
From what I can tell, termstyle only returns the ANSI values while it is
enabled, while colorama will always return the ANSI colour codes but
then handles (strips, translates) them when they printed to a stream.

I've added calls to `init` and `deinit` in the `_restorColor` call but I
can't tell if this makes a difference.
