Add Subscene provider support

Add support for custom User-Agent

Seems like client User-Agent header affects Cloudflare's algorithm for
bot detection. For such cases, support for a custom one has been added.

Also, this commit removes redundant filtering of
SubsceneProvider.list_subtitles which already is done in query method.
