<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/2c1d746c7">Tweaks and fixes to DOM testing scripts

* A few bug fixes to the php version of the test script.
  - Added a temporary require_once for MockEnv.php in the test script.
    auto loading doesn&#39;t seem to work for that file as it currently
    stands.
  - Since DOMDataUtils now uses the cached .dataobject for data
    attributes, we need to load them after building dom and
    store them before serializing dom.

* Use more appropriate CLI option name for dom test script
  - inputFilePrefix is a better name than inputFile since the input file
    path is actually computed using that prefix and other information.
