Make a single invocation of MongoClient

Prior to this change, there were two separate statements to create
`MongoClient` based on whether `username` and `password` are specified.

The cleanup of instance variables allows the removal of R0902 exception
from pylama.ini

Since `MongoClient` can handle `None` or `''` values for `username` and
`password` fine, the two separate statements are unnecessary and a
single `MongoClient` call would suffice.
