feat(User JWT): Generate User JWT (#17)

- write a custom authentication base_class
- over write the authentication method to validate a Bearer Token
- add a generate token method in the user class models
- add a token field in the login and registration serializers
- omit testing the staging in coveralls
- write tests for the User models
- write tests for the user login/register endpoints
