* Update composer.json

- missing piece of the puzzle for having coverage run (I hope)
- added php-coveralls dev dependency

* Update .travis.yml

- setup coverage folder
- have tests generate and send reports to coveralls service

* Update phpunit.xml.dist

- tell PHPUnit to generate coverage

* Update README.md

- added badge to readme
